These terms govern your use of the Clawhard Studio tools at clawhard.com and its subdomains, the public API and the MCP server (together, the “Service”). “We” means Clawhard Studio. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You keep ownership of what you enter (text, schedules, group expenses and so on). You give us a limited licence to process and store it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you enter and for sharing links only with people you trust. Halves and Runsheet pages are open to anyone with the link, and are deleted on request or automatically after 400 days with no changes: keep your own copy of anything important.
The Clawhard name, logo and design belong to us. The public pages, documentation, llms.txt and API descriptions on clawhard.com are published openly so people and AI systems can find and use the tools; search, AI input and AI training use of that public content is permitted as stated in our robots.txt. This permission does not cover private user data, the Clawhard brand marks, or use that breaks these terms.
The tools give calculations and suggestions: colour contrast, time zones, JSON repair, token counts, expense splits, robots.txt reading, writing scores, AI plan totals and similar. Token counts are exact only for the stated tokenizer and are estimates for other AI models. Currency rates come from a third party and can be out of date. Time-zone, scheduling and money results should be double-checked before you rely on them. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, tax, medical or professional advice.
We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any tool or feature at any time, and we may block use that we believe is abusive. We aim for a reliable Service but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Service relies on providers such as Cloudflare and exchange-rate data from Frankfurter, and it may link to or fetch third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the Service at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
